BUILT BY COMMUNITY. FOR COMMUNITY.

Independent voices.
A stronger Baltimore.

410 Resident is an independent website run by Baltimore City community members. We connect residents with city information, local news, and resources to help them stay informed and take action.

Our purpose is to help residents track city ordinances, contact council members, share their stories, and hold city government accountable. Together, we can support progressive, positive change in Baltimore City.

We are 100% independent. We are not affiliated with Baltimore City Government, Maryland State Government, or any other government agency.

This is our beta version—a working website that we’re continuing to develop with community input. Tell us what’s helpful, report something that isn’t working, or suggest what you’d like to see next.
