Emergency Scene – Unauthorized Persons Prohibited FOR the purpose of prohibiting the presence of an unauthorized person within the boundaries of an emergency scene; establishing certain penalties; defining certain terms; and generally relating to unauthorized persons within the boundaries of an emergency scene.
