Official title & purpose

Parking for Disabled Individuals and Helpers – Modifications FOR the purpose of removing certain permit renewal requirements for an individual with a disability; allowing a certain individual to submit notice to the Department of Transportation that a reserved parking permit is no longer needed; removing certain obsolete language; and generally relating to parking for disabled persons and helpers.
