Sale of Property – 6325 and 6327 Hudson Street and South Side Hudson Street, South West Corner, and Joplin Street FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is located at 6325 Hudson Street (Block 6722, Lot 38), 6327 Hudson Street (Block 6722, Lot 39), and South Side Hudson Street, South West Corner, and Joplin Street (Block 6722, Lot 40) and is no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
