Supplementary State Fund Operating Appropriation – Office of Equity and Civil Rights – $204,750 FOR the purpose of providing a Supplementary State Fund Operating Appropriation in the amount of $204,750 to the Office of Equity and Civil Rights – Service 849 (Police Civilian Oversight), to provide funding for travel and lodging, event space, guest speakers, and materials and equipment for the Police Accountability Board Summit, a gathering of up to 20 jurisdictions throughout the State of Maryland; and providing for a special effective date.
