Official title & purpose

Department of Housing and Community Development – Disposition of Property – Exemption for Property Less Than $25,000 FOR the purpose of exempting dispositions by the Department of Housing and Community Development of property valued at less than $25,000 from requiring approval of the Board of Estimates; and requiring a monthly report by the Department of Housing and Community Development of all dispositions of property worth less than $25,000.
