Official title & purpose

Public Nuisances – Illegal Distribution or Manufacture of Cannabis or Controlled Dangerous Substances FOR the purpose of updating the applicability of public nuisance abatement to include certain additional offenses; referring certain public nuisance processes to the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing; defining certain terms; generally relating to public nuisance abatement related to cannabis and controlled dangerous substances; and providing for the effective dates of this Ordinance.
