Official title & purpose

Mental Health Resource Awareness Act FOR the purpose of establishing the Mental Health Resource Awareness Program; requiring specified information be posted at certain business and certain City buildings; requiring specified employees distribute certain information regarding mental health resources; requiring specified employees to take a certain training; establishing certain penalties; defining certain terms; and generally relating to mental health resource awareness.
