Official title & purpose
Department of Neighborhood Safety FOR the purpose of creating the Department of Neighborhood Safety; providing for the leadership and staffing of the Department; establishing the purpose, powers, and duties of the Department; requiring the Department to submit an annual report to the Mayor and City Council; requiring the Department to report the implementation of this Ordinance to the Mayor and City Council; and generally relating to non-law-enforcement initiatives for neighborhood safety in the City.
